This wizard will install kate.exe (AI product & partner marketing) on your team.
kate.exe includes product messaging and positioning, launch strategies, partner ecosystem plays, relationship management, building 0 to 1, and fluency in AI coding agents.
kate.exe also installs with bundled software: custom agents (pre-named, pre-trained), hand-built skills, and scheduled automations that run while she sleeps. No additional licenses required.
It is strongly recommended that you close other running applications. Kate will open plenty of her own.
Warning: no software will actually be installed. This is just something she built — which is sort of the point.
License Agreement

KATE.EXE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (v2026.8)
By installing kate.exe, you ("the Team") agree to the following terms:
Positioning documents produced by kate.exe may cause spontaneous alignment between product, sales, and marketing. This is a feature, not a bug.
Partner co-marketing motions will be initiated with or without a formal alliance framework. A framework will materialize afterward, fully documented, and then automated.
kate.exe builds her own prototypes. This setting cannot be disabled.
System requirements: kate.exe has a heavy token requirement. Inference costs will be significant. This is not waste; it is throughput. Budget accordingly.
Automations will propagate. Agents will quietly infiltrate every corner of the work — meeting notes, weekly updates, design reviews, Slack archaeology — until no one remembers doing any of it by hand.
You will ship faster than legal is entirely comfortable with. Legal will come around by launch three.
Side effects may include: an internal Slack channel people voluntarily join, launch retros that finish on time, and several interactive deliverables per quarter, at least one of which will warrant the reaction of: "wait, you built that!?"
kate.exe is provided AS IS, WHERE IS, and ALREADY SHIPPING. No warranty is offered against her sending you things to click at 11pm.
This agreement is governed by the laws of momentum. Disputes will be settled by whoever brings the better demo.
